Before the trip, what concerned me most was no water for a shower as we always have running water from the tap in Hong Kong. However, when we arrived Nepal, we realized the weather in Nepal is so different to Hong Kong, even no shower for a week is actually not such a big deal! There is no network in the mountains, so we could put down our phones and enjoy the beauty of nature. Nepalese don’t have much but they are satisfied with what little they have and they are willing to share with others. |
