I am very grateful to have Light On to lead the 6 days 5 nights trip, I kept on reflecting on “Living in the moment” throughout the journey. Although the facilities in Hong Kong are far greater than those in Nepal, we are often very dissatisfied at home. After the trip, I realized that spiritual satisfaction is the most important thing. I will bring what I have experienced in Nepal to Hong Kong, and set a goal for myself: to be a vegetarian! |
